Oh gods! [ INSERT GAGGING. ] I can't get this cigarette taste out of my mouth. [ A mouth which is at the moment foaming a little at the corners with toothpaste. And she's back to brushing her teeth, then spitting, followed by more frantic brushing, one last spit, and finally a rinse. ]

Help? [ Cassie who has never before this breach smoked a cigarette in her life is for lack of a better word disgusted with herself. ] Not all the Febreze in the world is going to help, and apparently neither is a shower. [ She picks up a clump of blonde hair and sniffs it. ]

EUGH. I swear the smell is still in my hair. [ Actually she kind of wishes it were stuck only in her nose and that there was an easy solution. ]

I'll be in the gym if anyone needs me. It's not like I can wash my hair anymore... [ Grumble, grumble. ]

[She might find Willow in that gym; exercising just a little. She doesn't do it often, but she need something to distract her after that breach... it brought up some things for her...]

[ As soon as Cassie spots Willow, she knows she can't just start running laps, so she takes a deep breath and walks over to the redhead, removing her earbuds with a soft, although somewhat forced smile. And her cheeks do turn a little red. ]

Hey Willow. Didn't expect to see you here-- [ Well that came out wrong. ] I don't know why, it's not like you don't ever come to the gym. [ Shrug. ]

So how about that breach..? Never wanted to go back to high school, I can tell you that.

It was... kind of nice... [She pauses a little when she hears the other woman's words though, and adds.] It was... Being human. [Looking back, Cassie might remember that Willow hadn't actually looked any different in the breach - she was a senior when she was turned.]

...half demon. Actually. [She brushed a little bit of hair from her eyes, self consciously.]

I might just have to. [ But she doesn't want to. ] Maybe I'll give it thirty minutes, see what other responses I get. [ Considering everyone doesn't tell her to ask the Admiral. ]

I didn't see you all breach, now that I think of it. Were you sorry to leave? [ She asks, jokingly. ]

Pretty much the same, with a little more humiliation and no magic that was really cool. [ Shrug. ] Still wasn't worse than that one flood though, so I can't complain.

I can try and remove it with my t.t.k. I can still heat up objects with my powers, which I do by moving molecules so fast that they heat up, so it's possible I could remove the smoke molecules from your hair.

[Jesse is literally at this moment holding a cigarette in his hand, so he's pretty sure he can help.] Ask the Admiral for one of them air filters. The good kind, like, HEPA. And you can do the rest with baking soda.

Baking soda. Really? That's the best idea I've heard yet. [ Or the simplest. Isn't her mom proud she never had to teach her that baking soda trick? ]

Do I wash my hair with it, or..?

Yeah. I think so. I don't-- [He gestures to his fuzzy scalp.] But it's like, chemically... you know, the alkalis, they take out just about anything.

But it won't do anything too damaging that I can't fix with another quick wash, right? [ She does not want to be damaging her hair more than she needs to be. ]

Not all the inmates here are bad people. It's - sometimes there are just, things they need to learn, I guess. I can think of a few things she could learn.

I hope it doesn't take her long to graduate at least. [ Then again... ] I've really missed her though. It is nice having her here, selfish as that sounds.
